Totally recommend for a short stayover
Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with a clean flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi available, making it easy to relax after a day exploring the area.
One thing to note is the breakfast was significantly overpriced for the limited options offered.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved the outdoor pool with stunning river views. Explored the Buffalo Zoo and enjoyed nearby attractions with the New York Pass. The ambiance was perfect for relaxation, and the two TVs made for great entertainment during downtime. Overall, a solid stay with plenty of options for fun.
Upon entering our room, we did notice some cleanliness issues with stains on the floor, which took away from the otherwise nice experience.

Awesome view, but needs some TLC
The location is killer with great river views from the room! Staff were mostly friendly, but the lawn was totally unkempt and the pool looked like a science experiment. Had some good fish and chips in the restaurant, but the dining staff seemed swamped. Needs some major cleaning up outside!

The hotel offered a great view and clean room, making it a pleasant experience overall. However, the check-in process was peculiar, and there were some issues like noise from children running in the halls and a non-functional smoke alarm. Still, I'd consider staying again.
