Hotel had a great pool and friendly staff but room locks need fixing.

The views of the Niagara River from my King Room were absolutely breathtaking! 🌊 However, the breakfast could use a serious upgrade. it felt more like a bad joke than a meal.

The decor was lovely, and the hotel felt very accessible for seniors, making my stay delightful and comfortable. The beautiful river views from my room were a real highlight, truly enhancing the experience.

The view from my balcony was downright fine, every sunrise felt like a new beginning. The indoor pool was surprisingly warm, great for relaxing after a long day.

Had a surprisingly good stay! The pool was nice and warm and the shower, although small, worked well. Loved the comfy beds too! Would definitely choose this again.

The ambiance was perfect for relaxation, and the two TVs made for great entertainment during downtime. Overall, a solid stay with plenty of options for fun.

Upon entering our room, we did notice some cleanliness issues with stains on the floor, which took away from the otherwise nice experience.

Awesome view, but needs some TLC

The location is killer with great river views from the room! Staff were mostly friendly, but the lawn was totally unkempt and the pool looked like a science experiment. Had some good fish and chips in the restaurant, but the dining staff seemed swamped. Needs some major cleaning up outside!
